This chakra is also known as the Naval Chakra or Manipura (in Sanskrit). It is in the stomach area just above the navel. It is the third chakra in the body and is considered one of the most powerful ones.
𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮 also governs digestion, personal power, abilities, and matters of spiritual growth. The mantra corresponding to this chakra is "I do" or "Ram".
This is because it is associated with willpower, confidence, and self-esteem. Therefore, it represents even more intense energies than the second chakra.
A person whose energies are dominant in this chakra is a doer in the world.
They like taking on projects and facing challenges head-on. The solar plexus chakra is associated with the color yellow and is often showcased as a downward-facing triangle surrounded by ten petals.
A blocked solar plexus chakra can lead to digestion issues, heartburns, stomach ulcers, liver problems, etc. It could also lead to emotional issues like low self-confidence, low self-esteem, lack of will to do anything, and more.
